In 1999, Michele wandered up the stairs of her gym one evening and came upon a candle lit room that was being prepared for a yoga class. She took that class and yoga has been changing her life on and off the mat ever since. For Michele, it was during a difficult time in her life that she truly found the healing benefits of a daily practice. She is now dedicated to helping others find transformation through the ancient practice of yoga. Over the past 20 years, Michele has studied different styles of yoga and has practiced in different studios throughout the U.S., Mexico and Costa Rica. Michele feels as passionate about learning today as she did when she first started and wants to share that enthusiasm with her students. Michele completed the 200 Hour YTT and Yin Yoga Immersion at Prana Das Yoga Therapy and Healing Arts Center in July 2019 and the 300 Hour YTT in March 2020. She is also Reiki 2 certified and continues to study energy healing modalities as well as the chakra system, breath work, meditation, aromatherapy and the teachings of Ayurveda.

I am a certified yoga instructor and previous owner of Tulaa Yoga Studio in Wilmington, Delaware. I've been practicing yoga for 21 years, teaching for over a decade, certified numerous teachers since 2012, and more recently have been studying to become an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach. Through my holistic approach to well being, I have learned that total wellness involves nourishment on the inside as well as the outside and I am passionate about helping others create that balance. I specialize in vinyasa, hatha flow, yin, and restorative yoga and welcome everybody to my classes regardless of age, body shape, or experience. My style tends to be a grounding practice mixed with mantras and meditations. The intention is to offer you a combo of physical and mental space to clear your heart, awaken your spirit, get you rooted to the earth, and still cultivate the fire within. In addition to asana classes, I lead various women’s circles, retreats, and specialty workshops.

I have been in the fitness industry for over 13 years, with experience as an athlete, personal trainer, group instructor, and gym owner/operator. I have a teaching certification in Health and Physical Education as well as a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. Throughout my career I have worked in many capacities, with a variety of ages and ability levels, within both education and fitness environments. My minor was in Adapted Physical Education and I have a passion for working with individuals with disabilities. I have practiced yoga on and off for many years. However, I found yoga during a time of life’s turmoil while looking for balance, guidance, and stress relief. I am a forever student with a love of change, adaptation, and reinvention. I received my RYT-200 certification through Prana Das Yoga Therapy and Healing Center in Haverford, PA (an Ashtanga Based Program). Yoga has inspired me to live more gratefully and to focus on the simple beauty of this life. I am an empathetic and compassion driven person with a calming presence. I hope to inspire all my students toward growth, whether that be physical, emotional, or spiritual.

Heather has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. When her 20 year hairdressing career started to go stale she decided to explore what she could do with her other love...yoga. She has used her practice not only to create a healthy body but a healthy mind free from anxiety. She wanted to share what she has gained through yoga with others through teaching. Heather became a RYT 200 yoga teacher in August of 2016.She further her education with a 300 hour training program and received her RYT 500 accreditation in March 2020. When asked why she teaches classes and trainings she replies,"My goal as a yoga instructor is to touch people's lives in such a way that I can help them feel physically and emotionally healthier so that they have the strength to continue their journey with positive mindful intentions and love toward not only others but themselves." Heather's soothing yet firm voice helps to carry you through the flow of yoga in a relaxing yet energetic way. Sarah Liberi Smith
Sarah’s love for yoga started when she was still in high school. Her journey continued when she attained her teaching certification after completing a 200-hour training program in 2010. The physical, mental, and emotional benefits she receives from yoga are the same benefits she wants to share with her students. Always wanting to help people, yoga has been a perfect way for Sarah to share her passion with people and help them gain the type of calm and confidence that she has been so
grateful to receive in her life. After having kids, Sarah has found yoga to be an indispensable tool in recapturing her tranquility amidst the chaos that can occur raising small children. She wants her students to forget about their worries and
what they have going on in their lives and just escape in her classes.
Sarah’s basic message is this: Yoga is not to be taken too seriously, have fun and always remember to breathe and smile!

I discovered Yoga while trying to stay active and recover from a soft tissue injury.
As a lifetime Gym/Sports Rat, I was searching for something that had the meditative qualities of running and the physical challenges of other multi-sporting events.
I entered my first yoga studio and fell in love with the YOGA Way of Life.
Yoga is a complete Mind-Body experience that challenges everyone’s unique personal skill level.
I have been practicing for over 10 years and obtained my RYT200 certification in 2019 studying with Judy Curiel and Brian Centonze at ACAC.
I believe that practicing Yoga off your mat is equally as important as the time spent practicing on your mat. Yoga is fun and relaxing. Every practice is new, every practice is different.
My teaching flavors of choice are Gentle Flow Vinyasa classes, Restorative and YIN. All the classes are structured for students of all levels. We use Props, Creativity and a Sense of Humor to make it Fun.
Give yourself the time to be on your mat to Rejuvenate, you’re worth it.
"Do one thing every day that scares you."- Eleanor Roosevelt
When I began my yoga journey in the early 2000s, I found the physical practice to be a nice compliment to my usual routine of running outside or training in a gym. No matter where I’ve traveled or lived, I’ve always felt at home when in a yoga studio. Slowly, the practice began to impact my life off the mat, beyond the walls of any studio I visited. After an illness in 2014 I felt a calling to begin a more intentional study of yoga and haven’t looked back since. I decided to pursue more organized training, most recently completing my 200 Hour YTT through ACAC West Chester’s Yoga Teaching Program. Yoga helps me live each moment in this life with intention and purpose; my life is so much fuller because of it. It is a dream for me to share this beautiful practice with others.
