Michele Fort

Owner, Yoga Instructor

The study of healing arts has been my passion and lifelong work. I graduated from Penn State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies. I also did graduate work in Psychology at West Chester University in 2012 and 2013.  And then more recently, I completed my 500 hour Yoga Teacher Training and Yin Yoga Immersion at Prana Das Yoga Therapy and Healing Arts Center in Haverford, PA.  I also have certification in Reiki level 2.
Over the past 22 years, I have studied different styles of yoga and have practiced in different studios throughout the U.S., Mexico and Costa Rica. I love learning and continue to research energy healing modalities. My areas of interest are the chakra system, breath work, meditation, aromatherapy, and the teachings of Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.
For me, it was during a very difficult time in my life that I truly found the healing benefits of these ancient arts and sciences. I am now dedicated to helping others find transformation through yoga and other holistic wellness practices.
“Yoga does not just change the way we see things,
it transforms the person who sees." -B.K.S. Iyengar
